RATES

Rates start at $99.00 per night plus tax (price do vary depending on season)

Taxes: 6% sales tax and 5% tourist tax

Pet Fee: $15.00 per night/$60.00 per week/ $100.00 per month

Extra Person Fee: (double occupancy )

$10.00 per night extra person fee
Check-in time: 3:00pm

Check-out: 11:00am

Cancellation Policy: Due to our limited capacity cancellations affect us significantly.

Therefore, we adhere to a very strict cancellation policy:
If you must cancel after you book your reservation please note the following charge.
One week or less reservation= one night cancellation fee plus tax.
More then one week yet less then a month reservation=two night cancellation fee plus tax.

Monthly reservations: $500.00 deposit will be forfeited.
